Egg & Tomato Rice Chinese Cuisine

Ingredients for Egg & Tomato Rice Recipe

Cooked rice - 1 1/2 cups
Eggs - 2 nos
Tomato - 1 no
(chopped)
Onion - 1 no
(chopped)
Capsicum - 1 no
(chopped)
Garlic pods - 2 - 3 nos
(crushed)
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Ajinomotto - A pinch
Salt - As reqd
Oil - As reqd

Preparation Method of Egg & Tomato Rice Recipe

1)Beat the eggs and keep aside.

2)Heat oil in a frying pan.

3)Add the onions and garlic and saute well.

4)Add the eggs and scramble well.

5)Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum and saute for a while.

6)Add the cooked rice and mix well.

7)Add pepper powder, soya sauce, ajinomotto and salt and switch off the stove.

:- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

:- Kids will love it.
