INGREDIENTS
For marination
- ½ cup curd
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp red chilli paste
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 4 - 5 chicken pieces
For garnish
- Chopped radish
- Carrot
- Red bell pepper
- Green bell pepper salad
- Lemon slice as required
- Few mint leaves
- Green chutney to serve
METHOD
- In a bowl add curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, salt, red chilli paste and beat it. Now add mustard oil in the mixture.
- Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture. Keep it aside for 30 minutes to marinade.
- Arrange marinated chicken pieces on the seekh.
- Roast this seekh on barbeque and once roasted remove it.
- On a plate make a bed of radish, carrot, red and green bell peppers salad.
- Place the chicken tikka kebab seekh on this.
- Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves.
- Serve with green chutney.
