Chicken Tikka Kebab

INGREDIENTS

For marination 
  • ½  cup curd  
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste   
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder   
  • 1 tsp chaat masala   
  • Salt to taste 
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste   
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil   
  • 4 - 5 chicken pieces 
For garnish 
  • Chopped radish
  • Carrot
  • Red bell pepper
  • Green bell pepper salad 
  • Lemon slice as required 
  • Few mint leaves 
  • Green chutney to serve 

METHOD

  • In a bowl add curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, salt, red chilli paste and beat it. Now add mustard oil in the mixture. 
  • Coat the chicken pieces in this mixture. Keep it aside for 30 minutes to marinade. 
  • Arrange marinated chicken pieces on the seekh. 
  • Roast this seekh on barbeque and once roasted remove it. 
  • On a plate make a bed of radish, carrot, red and green bell peppers salad. 
  • Place the chicken tikka kebab seekh on this. 
  • Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves. 
  • Serve with green chutney.
